For most people getting physical active is not a problem and save. The PAR-Q (questionnaire) is there to identify the small amount of people for who intensive activity is inappropriate or who should have medical advice about type of exercises best suitable for them.

Common sense is your best guide when you answer the questions. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly with yes or no.

  • If you have answered YES to one or more of the above questions, consult your physician before engaging in physical activity. After medical evaluation, advice can be provided on what type of activity is suitable for your current condition. Training with your performance coach is for own risk.
